Rough hair

Rough Hair

Rough Hair

Rough hair, dry ends, dry scalp, hair loss all this happen when the roots are not strong and the damage is excessive when heat is more or when you blow dry your hair excessively or you are not taking care of your hair. There should be basic things you must follow to reduce the rough hair and make them silky smooth and shiny. Daily hair care is important to get rid of rough hair.

Daily routine for getting rid of rough and damaged hair:

1st way for Rough Hair: Oiling

Rough Hair

oil your hair at least twice in the week. Massage lukewarm oil in the hair and let them stay overnight so the oil easily penetrates in the hair strengthen your routs. the mixture of coconut oil, Castor oil, almond oil, olive oil works best.

2nd way for Rough Hair: Rinse with cold water

Rough Hair

Yes, it can be painful in winter, but it is a tried way to get the smooth hair. Cold is not just that you want to shrink - it works the same for your hair too. The heat opens the hair cuticle (the outer layer of each person's hair), while the cold closes it. Rinse with cold water encourages your individual varieties to remain flat.

3rd way for Rough Hair: Don't rub

When you get out of the shower, it lures you to wrap your hair in a towel and gives a good rub to your head to remove excess water. Do not do this! Rubbing can erode your hair and cause breakage, and it also encourages foam. Instead, use your towel to smear on top of your head. To get rid of excess H2O, squeeze the long sections of your hair soft with the towel.

4th way for Rough Hair: Serum

If you want shiny locks, then it is likely that you will dry your hair - and if it is a straight style, then you also have the possibility of a flat iron. Although they immediately create a shiny appearance, regularly damage the heat styling over time will actually reduce the brightness and will degrade the smooth texture of your hair. When you can, step away from the heat styler and give your hair a day off.

5th way for Rough Hair: Aloe vera

Rough Hair

Aloe vera not only helps in burning - but it also contains enzymes that promote healthy hair growth. It has the same structure as keratin (a protein which is the main building block of your hair) so that it can easily enter the hair. To make, dilute a small quantity of aloe (some of the plant's gel is prominent - if you are using prepared aloe vera gel, make sure it is not in a cup of hot water).
Comb through the hair, let it sit for 30 minutes, then rinse it.

6th way for Rough Hair: Banana

Rough Hair

In fact for an enjoyable mask that is incredibly soft, mash them together until a spoon banana has a smooth paste with 2 spoons of plain curd. This combo is moist moisturizing and treats your stresses along with your scalp. Rub all of this through your hair, and insert a shower cap (or something else to keep the banana in place for some other place.) After 45 minutes, rinse and shampoo.

7th way for Rough Hair: Do not over rinse

Rough Hair

Do not over do the "hair of the second day" everywhere, but not just because it is super-easy. Unless your hair is nuts-free, you probably do not have to shampoo every day. Over-shampooing can strip the hair of your natural oils, which help in shining it and preventing damage.

8th way for Rough Hair: Usage of a dryer

Rough Hair

Again, the drying of air for your hair is best. But if you are in a hurry or working in a serious style, then make sure that you are working properly. Use a diffuser so that you can not burn your strands, and point the nozzle down. Thus, you are encouraging the cuticle to be smooth and flat (an updraft can open it directly). Finish by finishing your whole dome once by using the coolest setting for the smooth hair.

9th way for Rough Hair: Change cotton pillow

Rough Hair

Want to avoid fridge and breakage, and want to keep that blowout long? Put your head (and your hair) on a satin pillow instead of normal cotton to keep your varieties smooth.
