Office makeup tips should always be light and natural. You don’t want to scare your co-workers or your boss for that matter coming to office with too bold solutions. Try to lighten your foundation by adding some liquid; it will be more translucent and natural. Then apply loose powder all over and accentuate your cheeks with a powder brush.

• Highlight your eyes since this is the most important in business communications, but make sure that you are using appropriate shades and color tones. The trick is making your eyes look more expressive and not dominating or aggressive. Your best choice would be brown, or dark-grey experiment on the color of your shadows. Put on your eyeliner and mascara to finish the look.

• For your lips choose any color you like. Nowadays bright-colored lipsticks are common in the workplace. Remember to exfoliate your lips with a wet towel to pump up lips temporarily and give you fuller lips. If you want your lipstick to stay longer, apply your lipstick then dab it with a tissue paper then apply it again, this is called staining technique and it lasts longer.

• Do not forget to make your lips younger by pulling in the corners and rounding them and making them full, not wider. Then put on some gloss, not glitter to have a bit of light reflection and will give your lips the appearance of moisture.
